An Ordinance approving the supplemental appropriation number 1, general fund for fiscal year 2019 in the amount of Three Billion One Hundred Ten Million, Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand, Four hundred forty-four pesos (PHP 3,110, 545, 444.00) to fund various maintenance and other operating expenses, property, plant and equipment expenditures and procurement and for other purposes.
