A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Megumi International Food Inc./Andrew Yao Ang for the Proposed Two (2)-Storey Restaurant located at Lot 20, Block S-71, No. 63 Scout Dr. Lazcano Street corner Scout Tobias Street, Barangay Laging Handa, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
