Abstract
The process-based service delivery system seminar-workshop, in conjunction with the
implementation of the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) for the Quezon City Library & Information
Center staff was conducted last April 13 & May 11, 2015 in two batches held at the Reference &
Filipiniana areas of the main library.
