Abstract
Since the partnership of the QCLIC to the Beyond Access Philippines in 2014, the clienteles that
have benefited in the Digital Literacy program has
grown in numbers. QCLIC have been the venue of
this program, including its branch libraries located in
the different districts of Quezon City.
