Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Kapisanan ng maralitang mamamayan Homeowners Association, Inc. (Kamama-Phase I) with one hundred seventy-six (176) saleable lots located at Lot 719-A-1, (LRA) PSD-383921, Himalayan Road, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Philippine National Bank and covered by transfer certificate of title number 004-2012000680 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of seven thousand nine hundred eighty-eight (7,988) square meters, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
