Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model "E" B.P. 220) with one hundred nineteen (119) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of five thousand two hundred fourteen square meters (5,214) covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-247960 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, located at lots 797-B-1-B-2, PSD-00-061466, Purok 4-A, Luzon Avenue, Barangay Culiat, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Luzonville Homeowners Association, Inc., (Development Bank of the Philippines' Property), Represented by its President, Ms. Angelita B. De Guzman, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
