An ordinance appropriating the balance of the fund established under Ordinance No. NC-105, S-89 (Special Foundation Tax) in the amount of four hundred eight pesos and seventy centavos (P455,408.70) for the construction and operation of the Quezon City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, including the expenses of the task force-QCDTRC created under Executive Order No. 15 of the City Mayor.
