Abstract

An ordinance approving a subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with thirty-five (35) lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of one thousand three hundred three square meters and twenty two square decimeters (1,303.22 SQ. M.), covered by transfer certificates of title numbered RT-121479 and RT-2096 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lot 15-F (LRC) PSD-333900 and lot 14, PCS-787, Don Primitivo Street, Barangay old Balara, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Bagong Pag -Asa ng Laura Homeowners Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa blg. 220.
