Abstract
The City Librarian, Mrs.
Emelita Villaueva reported to the City Mayor
during the executive
meeting held last March
2010, the accomplishments of the City Library covering the term
of Mayor Feliciano Belmonte. She cited major
accomplishments on infrastructure, personnel,
budget, book collections, and others. The
report covers the period
from 2001-2009 including projects for 2010.
