Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of an Economic Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with six (6) lots, containing an area of Two hundred fifty-one (520) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-78085 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, Owned by Elpidio Palencia, and located at lot 7, Block 1 (LRC) PSD-35216, Imelda Street, Capri, Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
