Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with thirty-six (36) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand six hundred eighty-eight (1,688) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 142916 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered under the name of Quezon City Government, Located at Lot 1, Block 3, (LRC) PSD-102635, Emerald Street Extension Fantasy, Barangay Novaliches Proper, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila ,as applied for by the Emerald Street Extension, Fantasy Neighborhood Association, Inc. (Quezon City Government), Represented by its President, Ms. Ma. Gina F. Medina, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
