An ordinance withdrawing from public use and converting into residential the parcel of land owned by the Quezon City government described under transfer certificates of title numbered 172973, 172974, and 172925, consisting of fifteen thousand five hundred ninety-three (15,593) square meters situated at Purok Sto. Nino, Chestnut street, Oak Extension, West Fairview, Quezon City.
