Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to CMRM Corporation, as represented by Robert Charles M. Carandang, for the Proposed 10-Storey Commercial/Residential Building with Roof Deck located at Lots 1-А, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D, 1-E (Alley) and 2, Block 42, (No. 84) 9th Avenue, Barangay Socorro, District III, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
