Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with one hundred twelve (112) lots; Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of five thousand one hundred forty five square meters (5,145 SQ.M.) covered by transfer certificate of title no. 101642, RT-101643, 101644, RT-101645 and RT-101646 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lot Riverside Avenue California Village, Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by California Dream Houses Homeowners Association, Inc. (Phase 1 and 2), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
