Abstract
Last June 13-14, 2018, I
was privileged to attend, as a
Board Member of the Association of Librarians from the Public Sector (ALPS), the 2nd Librarians’ Leadership Convergence at the AVR Room, UP
Main Library and UP Balay Kalinaw. This was initiated by the
Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI) in partnership
with the National Commission
for Culture and the Arts
(NCCA) through the National
Committee on Libraries and Information Services (NCLIS) and
the Professional Regulation
Commission (PRC)-Board for
Librarians (BFL)
