Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through a negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-RT2022007811 )(269340) registered under the names of Spouses Amelia L. Ochoa and Serafin L. Ochoa, with an area of one thousand three hundred ninety three (1,393) square meters, more or less located at Area V, Baltazar Street, Nitang Avenue, Barangay Gulod, District V, Quezon City, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs)
