Abstract

An ordinanace approving the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP BLG. 220) with one hundred seventy nine (179) lots, community mortgage program, containing an area, of eight thousand eighty-six (8,086) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-57308 and N-195540 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at 595 Blas Roque st. BRGY. Bagbag, novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila as applied for the Blas Roque Homeowners association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas pambansa Blg. 220.
