Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with seventeen (17) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of six hundred fifty (650) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 15157 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered under the name of Labrador Realty, Inc., Located at Lot 5, Block 11, PCS-2874, Presidential St., Dolor Estate, Barangay Batasan Hills, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by San Antonio De Padua Homeowners Association, Inc. (Labrador Realty Inc. Property), Represented by its President, Mr. Antonio A. Terena, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
