A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use to Sps. Ma. Rogelyn R. Berdin-Marcadejas for the Proposed 1-Storey Commercial Building located at Lots 22-A and 22-D, Block 14, (No. 01) M. Malvar Street corner (No. 28) Ambrosia Street, Barangay San Agustin, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
