Abstract

An ordinance granting financial assistance to Atty. Benjamin M. Kasala, who retired from the government service as city assessor on October 1, 1996, in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand pesos (P250,000.00) only, to be taken from the appropriations for grants, subsidies and contributions under the office of the city mayor in the annual budget for fiscal year 1997.
