Abstract

An ordinance authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr., to negotiate with the owner or initiate expropriation proceedings for the acquisition of one hundred forty-three square meter (143 SQ.M.) portion of a parcel of land (lot 140-B-1) covered by transfer certificate of title numbered No. 384098 (PR-16120) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, comprising of five hundred sixteen (516) square meters to be exclusively used as a permanent road Right-of-way to Quirino Highway by the members of the Blas Roque Homeowners Association and other Constituents similarly situated in the area in Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City.
