A Resolution amending the title of Quezon City Resolution No. SP-10100, S-2025 entitled "A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Pangasinan Five Star Bus Co, Inc., as represented by Modesto B. Mendoza, for the proposed Bus Terminal and Garage located at Lots 1 and 31, Block 32, Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Montreal Street, Barangay E. Rodriguez, District III, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016", By Changing the project description from "Proposed Bus Terminal and Garage" to "as built: two (2)-Storey Bus Terminal"
