Abstract
An ordinance upgrading the Social Welfare Services Division to a department to be known as the Social Services Development Department providing for its functions, and appropriating the amount of eleven million four hundred fifty-eight thousand and twenty pesos (P11,458,020.00) out of any available funds in the City Treasury to cover the funding requirements thereof.
