Abstract

An Ordinance reclassifying and converting into a residential use a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 265557 owned by the Quezon City Government, particularly described as Park Strip Lot 9, BSD-10642 containing an area of One Thousand Forty-eight and 40/100 (1,048.40) square meters, more or less, located at Interior Anonas Street, Barangay Quirino 3-A, Project 3, Quezon City.
