WHAT IS HAPPENING IN QCPL BRANCH LIBRARIES?

Abstract

Last November 25, 2016, the Quezon City Public Library—Pasong Tamo, conducted a storytelling activity in celebration of “Araw ng Pagbasa” at Yakap Day Care Center— Veterans Village Area II, Brgy. Pasong Tamo, QC. On October 19, 2016 at exactly 9:00 in the morning, Quezon City Public Library— Talipapa conducted a lecture on Senior Citizens’ Rights. Topics discussed were the benefits, the privileges and rights of the Senior Citizens. Part of the Lecture is a short film showing the different livelihood programs created for Senior Citizens. The District II and VI Libraries conducted an activity at Payatas Landfill Branch on October 28, 2016 at 8:00 am. During the Araw ng Pagbasa last November 25, 2016, the QCPL-District Libraries conducted simultaneous storytelling activities.
