Abstract
An ordinance implementing a one-way traffic scheme from the corner of Ermin Garcia and Albany Streets to the corner of Ermin Garcia Street and 15th Avenue, Barangay Silangan, Quezon City from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, to ease traffic congestion along the intersection of Ermin Garcia Street, Kalayaan Road and Miami Street, and providing penalties for violation thereof.
