Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Lakas ng Lower Hasmin Homeowners Association, Inc., (Phase 1-B), with one hundred three (103) saleable lots under Community Mortgage Program (CMP) located at lot 1-B, PSD-00-075717, No. 80 Aloe Vera Street, Lower Hasmin, Barangay Payatas A, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of E. Rodriguez, Inc., And covered by transfer certificate of title number 004-2015014427 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of five thousand sixty-nine (5,069) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President Rosie T. Hebia, with office address as the same project location, as variance pursuant to section 9, rule III of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
