Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 60-4588 converting item 384, 391, 399, 406, 408 and 409, from stenographer to clerk-stenographer under the Municipal Court at the same rate of salary so as to change the effectivity to July 1, 1960 to suit the requirement of the Bureau of Civil Service.
