Franco for the construction and operation of a proposed 1-storey commercial building with mezzanine covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2022009693, 004-2022009694, 004-2022009692 and 004-2022009691 located at Lots 1, 1-B, 1-E and 2-A, Manila Gravel Pit Road (Litex), Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
