Abstract
An ordinance approving the annual budget of the Quezon City Government for calendar year 1991 in the total amount of one billion four hundred thirty-five million one hundred ninety-four thousand nine hundred twenty-five pesos (P1,435,194,925.00) covering the various expenditures of the City Government for 1991 , and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.
