Abstract
Quezon City Public Library continues to improve its
services so as to give the best
library services to its clienteles.
This 2012 accomplishment report showcases the
QCPL’s best practices on its
readers’, outreach and administrative services extended to the
constituents of Quezon City
most particularly to the less
privileged students and how it
professionally develops its librarians and support staff for them
to cope with the latest and most
advance library developments in
the interest of the service.
