Abstract

An ordinance amending Ordinance No. SP-1013, S-2001 and Resolution No.1667, S-2001, increasing the penalties imposed against street racing and/or speed testing activities in Quezon City and mandating the Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) to assign regular nightly patrols along streets and major thoroughfares where illegal street racing and/or speed testing activities are being conducted.
