Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2022001898 registered under the names of Albertina D. Fetalvero married to Felife Fetalvero and Jennifer Anne D. Mercado with an area of 600 square meters, more or less, located at Lower Empire View Park Subdivision, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
