Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a two-storey townhouse project with six (6) lots, containing an area of seven hundred twenty-nine (729) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-142412 of registry deeds of Quezon City, Registered in the name of Suaida J. Palma and located at lot 7, Block 13, (LRC) PCS-12376 No. 7 Walnut Street, West Fairview, Barangay Fairview, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957.
