Abstract
An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. to enter into a contract for the purchase or by expropriation proceedings that parcel of land with an area of Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen (16,815) square meters, situated at Madja-As Corner Litex Road, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-55167 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, Registered in the name of spouses Gaudencio & Magnolia W. Antonio, to be used for the improvement of the existing school site and to legitimize the tenurial status of the informal settlers in the area, and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.
