| dc.description.abstract | The Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) conducted a seminar about Data Privacy and Cyber Security with the theme: "Understand your Rights: Protect your Data" on May 19, 2017 that was held at the QCPL Conference Room. The seminar was organized by the Management Information System (MIS) section and was attended by the QCPL employees with two invited resource speakers, Mr. John Robert Paguia of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and Mr. Alwell Mulsid of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). | en_US |
