A Resolution extending the sincerest congratulations of the Quezon City Government, through the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, the City Vice Mayor, Honorable Gian G. Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 23rd Quezon City Council to SK /chairperson Gabriel Peralta of Barangay Batasan Hills for being elected as the majority floor leader of the 13th National Youth Parliament National Assembly held on November 17to 21, 2025 in Ilocos Sur
