Abstract
An Ordinance reclassifying the four (4) lots under the socialized housing project of the Quezon City Government (Direct sale program) located at Ruby Street, Barangay Fairview, Quezon City, all registered in the name of the Quezon City Government, the details of which are as follows: Lot 1, Block 55, PSD-00-070391, TCT No. 337377 and Lot 3, Block 55, PSD-00-070391, TCT No. 337379, from parks/playground into residential and Lot 4, Block 53, PSD-00-070931, TCT No. 337366 and Lot 5, Block 53, PSD-00-070931, TCT No. 337367 from residential into parks/playground.
