Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with eighty seven (87) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of two thousand two hundred five (2,205) square meters, covered by TCT No. RT-118880 (252998) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, located at Lot 121-B-1-B-2-A, PSD-51680, Don Julio Gregorio St., Brgy, Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the Progressive Land Homeowners Association, Inc. (Phase III), as a Variance Pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
