Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, for and in behalf of the Quezon City Government, tо execute contracts to sell/agreements and deeds of absolute sale with the qualified beneficiaries of the city's socialized housing program under the direct sale program for the properties covered by Transfer Certificatе of Title Nos. 004-2024003393, 004-2024003294, 004-2024003292, 004-2024003295, 004-2024003288, 004-2024003289, 004-2024003290, and 004-2024003291, registered under the name of the Quezon City Government, with an aggregate area of 3,369 square meters, more or less, and located in Kapalaran Street, Barangay Commonwealth, District II, Quezon City.
