Abstract

An ordinance amending Ordinance No. SP-1316, S-2003 entitled "An Ordinance converting the parcel of land of the portion of road Lot 143, PSD-68807, which is occupied by the Barangay Hall, Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Hall, Basketball Court, Multi-Purpose Hall, Day Care Center, Health Center, Playground, The Philippine Dental Association Center, Tennis Court and Flora A. Ylagan High School located at Malakas Street, Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City, covered by transfer certificate title numbered RT-30115 (258278) issued by the register of deeds, and registered in the same name of Quezon City Government from their current classification to an open space."
