Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to execute Contracts to Sell/Agreements and Deeds of Absolute Sale with the qualified beneficiaries of the City's Socialized Housing Program under the Direct Sale Program for a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2022012543 registered under the name of the Quezon City Government, with an area of 2,000 square meters, more or less, located in Don Primitivo Street, Barangay Matandang Balara, District III, Quezon City, for and in behalf of the Local Government of Quezon City.
