Abstract

A resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Harvey N. Tiu and Ann Margaret de Belen Gatchalian for as-built: one (1) unit/six (6)-Storey Residence with Penthouse and Ground Floor Parking located at Lot 24, Block 128, (No. 24) Gen. Tinio Street, Barangay Paang Bundok, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, s-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
