Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Goldhill Homes, a low-cost housing project (row houses) with seventy-five(75) units, containing an area of five thousand eight hundred thirty-two square meters (5,832 SQ. M.), covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-195508 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, and located at lot 151 of Piedad estate, Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City, as applied for by Atlantica Realty Development Corp., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
