Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a socialized housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 115 lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of Nine thousand nine hundred seventy-two (9,972) square meters, covered by transfer certificates of title numbered 116995, 14553, 46558,1655965 and 499092 of registry deeds of Quezon City and located at Virginia St, and Dr.Villareal St., Joan of Arc, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the samahang magkakapitbahay ng Joan of arc homeowners association, Inc., subject to conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinanace No. SP-56 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
