A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Proton-Synergylink Electrical Supply or Allen Lee Ang for the construction and operation of a proposed four (4)-Storey Mixed Use Building, covering a total floor area of one thousand eight hundred fifty-seven and 95/100 square meters (1,857.95 sqm.) and located at Lot 30, Block 408, Biak na Bato Street, Barangay Manresa, District 1, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
