A resolution renewing the Special Permit of NDM Bingo Center 2 Inc., for the operation of an Electronic Bingo (E-Bingo) Games Establishment located at Lot 9, Block 12, Commonwealth Avenue, Barangay Commonwealth, District II, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
