Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception, including exemptions from parking, land use, setback and open space requirements, to Matthew Clement Ong Velasco, for as-built: five (5)-Storey Commercial Building (warehouse and office) with mezzanine, leasable roof deck and ground floor parking located at Lot 6, Block 25, (No. 50) Osmeña Street, Barangay Del Monte, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
