Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Hard Discount Philippines, Inc. for the construction and operation of the proposed one (1)-Storey Commercial Building (Dali Everyday Grocery), covering a total floor area of one hundred ninety-three and 15/100 square meters (193.15 sqm.) located at Lot 35-A, Block 5, Sampaguita Street, Barangay Pasong Putik Proper, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
