Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 23rd Quezon City Council to Mar Aviel Carredo of Barangay Bagong Silangan, District II, Quezon City, for being the Youngest National Master in Chess from Quezon City and for his Historic Achievement of winning six (6) gold medals in the 2025 Palarong Pambansa held in Ilocos Norte
